OPzV series is Valve Regulated Lead Acid battery ,The Battery is designed andmanufactured according to DIN standards and with diecasting positive grid and patented formula of active material. OPzV series exceeds DIN standard values with more than 20 years
flfloating design life at 25°C, and It is the best solution for cyclic use under extreme conditions.Tubular colloidal batteries (OPzV series) have low self-discharge electrodes, are made of high-quality materials, and have a monthly self-discharge rate of ≤1.5%. They use colloidal electrolytes, have large heat capacity, and good heat resistance. They are suitable for use in harsh environments (40~60°C).It is widely used in new energy systems such as medium and large energy storage, electric power,communication, petrochemical, rail transit, and solar and wind energy.

(1) The self-heating temperature of the battery does not exceed the ambient temperature by 5°C, minimizing self-heat loss.

OPzV Battery's Features:
 
1. Electrolyte: Made of German fumed silica, the electrolyte in the finished battery is in a gel state and does not flow, so there is no leakage and electrolyte stratification.
2. Pole plate: The positive plate adopts tubular plate, which can effectively prevent the active material from falling off. The positive plate skeleton is formed by die-casting of multi-element alloy, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The negative plate is a paste-type plate, and the special grid structure design improves the utilization rate of active materials and high-current discharge capacity, and has a strong charge acceptance capacity.
3. Battery shell: Made of ABS material, corrosion-resistant, high strength, beautiful appearance, high reliability of sealing with the cover without potential leakage risk.
4. Safety valve: special safety valve structure, suitable opening and closing valve pressure, reduces water loss, and can avoid battery shell expansion, rupture and electrolyte drying up.
5. Separator: The special microporous PVC-SiO2 separator imported from the European AMER-SIL company is adopted. The separator has large porosity and low resistance.
6. Terminals: Embedded copper core lead-based poles have greater current carrying capacity and corrosion resistance.
