JA Solar JAM54D50/GR is an N-type TOPCon double-glass monofacial solar module from the DeepBlue 5.0 series. It delivers a rated power output of 545W with a module efficiency of up to 24.5%, utilizing advanced 162 half-cut mono cells and 5.0 busbar technology. Compared with traditional P-type modules, this N-type TOPCon module features ultra-low degradation, excellent temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, and superior low-light performance, ensuring higher energy yield throughout the entire lifecycle. The double-glass structure provides enhanced durability, better resistance against harsh environmental conditions, and improved reliability for long-term outdoor operation. With a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, IP68 junction box, and compliance with IEC61215 and IEC61730 standards, the JAM54D50/GR is widely suitable for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar PV projects.
