Three PhaseWhat Are The Main Components Included Inside The Hybrid Inverter:
1. DC-AC Inverter: The inverter component of a hybrid inverter converts the direct current (DC) electricity generated by the renewable energy source (e.g., solar panels) into alternating current (AC) electricity that can be used to power household appliances or fed into the electrical grid.
2. MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking):MPPT is a technique used to maximize the energy output from the solar panels or other renewable energy sources by tracking and optimizing the maximum power point at which the source operates most efficiently.
3. Battery Charger: When the renewable energy source is generating excess electricity that is not immediately consumed or fed into the grid, the hybrid inverter can direct the surplus power to charge batteries, which can be used as backup power during times of low or no renewable energy production.
4. Grid-Tie Functionality: Hybrid inverters also enable the integration of the system with the electrical grid. They can synchronize with the grid power supply, allowing excess electricity generated by the renewable energy source to be fed back into the grid, offsetting energy consumption and potentially earning credits or incentives through net metering or feed-in tariff programs.
5. Monitoring and Control: A hybrid inverter often includes a monitoring and control system that provides real-time information about the system's performance, energy production, battery status, and grid interaction. It may also offer remote monitoring capabilities through a user interface or smartphone app.
This Mode allows hybrid inverter to sell back any excess power produced by the solar panels to the grid. If time of use is active, the battery energy also can be sold into grid. The PV energy will be used to power the load and charge the battery and then excess energy will flow to grid.
Power source priority for the load is as follows:
1. Solar Panels.
2. Grid.
3. Batteries (until programable % discharge is reached)
Usually the hybrid inverter would packed by thin film to protect the inverter from moisture. Then put the inverter into the paper box.
All extra parts and tools like WIFI, cable, user manual, CT, etc. Would also put into extra thin film bag.
We would put foams to all six sides of the inverter, so that the inverter would be protected from Squeeze and collision.
After the package, inverters would be packed by a wooden pallet. Usually 8 pcs or 12 pcs per pallet. Then the pallet would be packed by thin film.
